Role-based staff permissions
Give each staff account only the areas it needs: tests, rounds, labs, shipments or staff management.
Labs see only what you release
A lab sees its own results, and anonymised peer statistics only after you make a round’s analysis visible. It cannot open rounds it did not take part in.
Blind review
In your own screens, labs appear as anonymised codes by default, and you choose whether lab names appear on reports.
Secure sign-in
Passwords are hashed with bcrypt and must meet a strong policy, new registrations and password resets are confirmed by one-time email codes, and sessions expire automatically.
A hardened web layer
Every portal is served over HTTPS, with security headers, a content security policy, cross-origin restrictions, input sanitisation and file-type checks on uploads.
Append-only audit log
Who did what and when, across tests, rounds, samples, labs, results, shipments, reports and corrective actions, with the values before and after each edit. Kept for three years and exportable to CSV.
Your data, exportable
Results export to Excel, the analysis and the audit log to CSV, and reports and item-check evidence to PDF, so your records never depend on the platform alone.

Common questions
Can participating labs see each other’s results?
No. Each lab sees its own results and anonymised peer statistics such as the assigned value and the distribution of results, and only after you release the round’s analysis.
Can we discuss hosting requirements?
