The problem
A result is only as good as the sample it was measured on.

Homogeneity and stability checks
Enter or import replicate readings and get the ISO 13528 Annex B assessment: the between-sample SD and the stability difference must each be at most 0.3 σpt. A batch that fails cannot be dispatched until you record a remedy, and the evidence exports to Excel and PDF.
A sample library
Describe each sample once, with its type, volume, case history and supporting files, then link it to the rounds and labs that receive it.
Parcels and tracking numbers
Record the courier and tracking number for each parcel, and send one parcel to a lab that covers several rounds at once.
Automatic shipment notices
When you add courier details, the lab is emailed straight away and can follow its shipment on the Track Sample page in its portal.
Receipt and condition from the lab
Labs confirm when their samples arrive and record the condition (good, acceptable or not acceptable), whether the units were correct, and any remarks or extra checks you ask for.
