Test builder
Build quantitative or qualitative tests with analytes grouped into sections, your own units, and the fields labs must fill in: numbers, lists, dates, temperatures or patterned values such as HLA alleles. Start a new test from an existing one.
Rounds and calendar
Give each round its dates, participating labs and samples, plus an optional report release date. Every round appears on a calendar you can export, with deadlines anchored to your time zone.
Enrolment by code or your own page
Labs register with your 8-character provider code, or on your own registration page under your name and logo, and choose the tests they run. Each registration waits until you approve it.
Prices at enrolment
Set a price for each test in your currency (e.g. INR, ZAR, USD, EUR, GBP). Labs see it as they choose their tests, and the total is worked out for them before they submit.
Deadlines and reminders
Labs get an announcement email when you create a round, and email and in-app reminders three days and one day before it closes if they have not submitted. Need to allow latecomers? Open a 24-hour extension that closes itself.
Participant management
Keep every lab’s profile, contacts, tests and subscription dates in one list.
